Bergamot, a flavor typically seen paired with Earl Grey, works its magic on green tea. Bergamot flavored marzipan is combined with a green tea ganache, resulting in a truffle that is both familiar and surprising.

A deliciously complex flavor, though simply prepared. The floral, fruity tones of Earl Grey tea are familiar and comforting, while the creamy sweetness of vanilla and blue mallow flowers add something unexpected and new to this confection.

A tangy play on our popular Salted Karma truffle. Passionfruit puree adds a bright counterpoint to this sweet & salty confection.
